OUR SERVICES

We are a multi-disciplinary mental health centre which means that our practitioners, working from our South Kensington premises, cover a range of specialties and modalities, treating everything from depression, anxiety and OCD to more specialised situations such as eating disorders, addictions and the breadth of child & adolescent mental health issues.

Determining what sort of support (and particularly who) is best suited to one's needs does, however, seem to remain a source of confusion and worry for many.  One of the steps that we've taken to combat this problem is to appoint a Client Services Director whose role is to ensure that a client always has someone to turn to for answers and information outside the consulting room, ensuring that individuals and parents never have to make an uninformed choice.

OUR CHELSEA CENTRE

Whilst conversations around mental health have evolved significantly in recent years, the reality for those who have come into direct contact with the sector - including in the private sphere - suggest that the corresponding need for evolution in terms of user experience has not occurred at the required pace. It is beyond due for depression and anxiety to be regarded as a temporary, normal human condition.

Those who are part of the conversation may encourage a more open, stigma-free societal conversation about common conditions such as depression and anxiety, but recognise that continued provision of services in a clinical environment does little to progress the (often self-imposed) image of their users from “patient” to “client”; from “unwell” to “normal”.

The Soke aims to address the disparity between the talk and the action by taking every element of the user experience into consideration. We believe that this is necessary to encourage proactive and willing engagement with emotional and psychological care.

With relevance, accessibility, comfort, safety and client service at the forefront of our minds, we have created a centre to provide best-in-class, regulated, personalised care.

Ours is a system of health integrating mental health and wellbeing pathways, using the best available technology to support our clients’ expectations of a modern, forward-thinking enterprise.
