Maryam Meddin, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Maryam is the Founder and CEO of The Soke, a fast-growing private mental health services group setting a new benchmark for clinical quality and professional service. Under her leadership, The Soke has achieved market-leading quality ratings, grown to multiple UK sites and an international presence, and built trusted partnerships.
With over two decades of leadership experience in branding and communications, including 17 years as Founder and Managing Director of an independent consultancy, Maryam built her career advising clients across a broad range of sectors, bringing strategic clarity and executional rigour to complex growth environments.
A law graduate with a postgraduate degree in Psychotherapy, she also worked in clinical settings providing therapeutic support to refugees. That experience exposed critical gaps in mental health provision across both public and private sectors and inspired her to create The Soke: combining clinical insight with best-in-class service standards to deliver a distinctly modern approach to mental healthcare. Maryam’s vision and execution have positioned The Soke as a new standard-bearer in private mental health services with a proven, replicable model ready for domestic and international growth.
