Our private multi-disciplinary mental health & wellbeing centres are based in South Kensington / Chelsea & Wimbledon.

The Soke’s flagship centre in South Kensington offers 10 consulting rooms and 5 relaxation pods.

We currently operate on weekdays, accommodating all client groups (adults, couples, families, adolescents & children) and providing treatment for a wide spectrums of conditions and situations, as listed here.

Charles Corfield, Clinic Director

Clinic Director, Charles Corfield, ensures the smooth end-to-end client experience at The Soke in Chelsea. His experience of running a nationwide corporate flu programme during Covid has given Charles the skillset to oversee the operations of a growing clinical organisation with all its logistical demands. 

Having worked in corporate wellness for over 12 years, Charles is an experienced programme director who ensures that clients receive the best care possible while championing mental and physical wellbeing.

Abby Ravenscroft, Administrator

Tatiana Canchig, Enquiries & Client Services Manager

Tatiana has previously worked in victim support, helping young children & adolescents by offering emotional support programmes and safeguarding, whilst also liaising with teachers, social workers, parents and care givers. Tatiana is fluent in Spanish, a skill she utilised during Covid as an NHS interpreter.  

Tatiana is highly proficient in assessing complex cases, and offers a reassuring front-line response for clients, engaging clients in considered treatment pathways. Her strong analytical skills are perfectly balanced by her professional enthusiasm for and knowledge of mental health conditions.

Kate Vickers, Interim Centre Manager Wimbledon

Having previously successfully managed a busy healthcare London clinic for over five years, Kate is renowned for her superb organisational skills & endearing personality. Since joining The Soke, she has naturally become an integral cornerstone of our client services team at Soke Wimbledon.

Kate’s dedicated commitment to helping everyone around her is informed by her own personal lived experience navigating mental health. Those who have come to know her, will attest to her ever-evolving approaches in ensuring the comfort and safety of others.

Tatiana Canchig, Client Services

Letitia Hatton, Lead Administrator Chelsea

Letitia oversees our client services experience and is responsible for ensuring smooth communication between practitioners and clients, securing appointments and making everyone who enters our Chelsea clinic feel welcome. Pivotal in supporting the growth of our administration team, Letitia trains new administrators on all technical and client-centred processes.

With a degree in Business Management, Letitia’s expertise lie in operations, relationship management, sustainability and communications. During two years consulting for a global recruitment firm, Letitia worked with C-Suite and Director level corporate clients, between London and the United States, implementing diversity, equity and inclusion frameworks.

Natalie Wright, Enquiries & Client Services Manager

Natalie’s career began in social care, providing key support to children and adolescents aged 3 months up to 16 years.  Working in schools, Natalie supported the learning of children with autism, provided guidance for adolescents with emotional behavioural issues and worked with those at risk of exclusion.

Now at The Soke, Natalie manages new client enquiries and bookings, clarifying the process for clients and ensuring that they are matched with the best practitioner for their needs.

Natalie brings with her recent business experience gained across C-suite recruitment, corporate insurance and high-end consumer services, where she developed her passion for customer relationship management.

Theresa Paler, Client Experience Manager

With a BA Hons in Psychology from Richmond American University, Theresa brings an in-depth understanding of our clients’ needs. During 17 years at the Priory Group, she set up corporate client triage pathways, managed admissions and supported the multi-disciplinary team for eating disorders, psychiatry and addictions.

At The Soke, Theresa oversees new client enquiries and bookings. Focusing on client care for neurodevelopmental conditions, she guides our clients through a seemingly complex process, while ensuring smooth communication between our team of specialist practitioners and, when appropriate, patients’ GPs.
