Sarah Morris, Psychotherapist

Sarah has extensive experience supporting children, young people, and families with complex emotional needs. She is HCPC‑registered and has worked across NHS CAMHS, schools, community services, and specialist settings, including with children who have experienced trauma, attachment difficulties, or neurodiversity.

Sarah uses creative, play‑based and arts‑led therapy to help children express feelings that may be hard to put into words. Her approach is gentle, relational, and developmentally informed, helping children feel safe, understood, and supported at their own pace. She works closely with parents and wider networks, offering thoughtful, containing care that supports both the child and the family system around them.
