Rosie Creer, Art Psychotherapist
Rosie is an experienced psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her practice is grounded in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy, supported by a wide integrative toolkit that includes attachment‑informed work, play therapy, art psychotherapy, mentalisation‑based therapy, and emotional‑literacy development. Rosie uses these approaches flexibly and thoughtfully, meeting clients where they are and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
Rosie has extensive experience working with clients whose emotional and relational difficulties are more complex or longstanding. She brings a steady, attuned presence that helps individuals understand the roots of distress, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier patterns of relating. Through her trauma‑informed lens, she works sensitively with those who have experienced early adversity, relational or developmental trauma, bereavement, or overwhelming life events—always with careful attention to safety, pacing, and emotional regulation.
A significant aspect of Rosie’s work involves supporting neurodiverse clients, particularly those with autism and/or ADHD. She has specialist experience with intrusive‑cognition OCD presentations within autism and is highly attentive to how neurodevelopmental differences intersect with emotional wellbeing, family dynamics, and identity. Rosie works in a neuro‑affirmative way, adapting communication, sensory needs, and structure to ensure therapy is accessible, grounded, and supportive for both individuals and families.
