Rosie Creer, Art Psychotherapist

Rosie Creer is a highly experienced Clinical Leader and HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist who has worked across health, education, and social care for over 15 years. A recognised expert in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approaches, Rosie specialises in supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals, their families, and the professionals who work alongside them. Her practice is grounded in compassion, creativity, and a strong commitment to inclusivity and systemic thinking.

Rosie brings a rich blend of clinical and leadership experience to her work. She has held senior roles at organisations such as Respond, the Anna Freud Centre, and Achieving for Children, where she has led service development, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and shaped strategic mental health provision across complex systems. Alongside her clinical practice, she is a skilled supervisor, consultant, and trainer, delivering reflective practice, safeguarding oversight, and professional development for teams working in challenging environments.

In her current roles, Rosie continues to support young people and families through therapeutic work and provides consultancy and training on trauma-informed care. She also serves as an associate tutor with the Restraint Reduction Network and contributes to national discussions on mental health and neurodiversity through conference speaking, training, and public engagement. Her background in fine art also informs her creative and integrative approach to therapy.

Passionate about collaboration and relational models of care, Rosie’s leadership style is reflective, inclusive, and rooted in clinical integrity. She continues to advocate for systems that promote healing, safety, and dignity for all.
