Rachael Walden, Counselling Psychologist
Rachael is a Counselling Psychologist and EMDR practitioner whose work is grounded in a relational, collaborative and compassionate approach. She draws on a blend of evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to each individual or couple, supporting clients in exploring their experiences, developing insight and creating sustainable change.
Her practice integrates EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), relational and attachment-based approaches, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, and broader integrative methods. She also works with couples using the Gottman Method and provides ADHD coaching for adults.
