Pushwinder Raghvani, Family Behaviour Analyst

Pushwinder is a highly experienced Family Behaviour Analyst and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience supporting autistic children, young people, and their families across home, school, and community settings. She specialises in working with neurodivergent children and young people with a range of developmental, behavioural, emotional, and learning needs through compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centred approaches.

Pushwinder is highly experienced in conducting comprehensive behavioural and developmental assessments across home, educational, and community settings. Her assessment work includes trauma-informed Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs), Interview-Informed Synthesized Contingency Analysis (IISCA), Positive Behaviour Support assessments, and a range of developmental and adaptive functioning measures. She uses assessment findings to develop a detailed understanding of an individual's strengths, needs, communication profile, environmental influences, and behavioural presentation, enabling practical, collaborative, and meaningful intervention planning.

Pushwinder's practice is grounded in trauma-informed, assent-based, and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks. She is passionate about fostering autonomy, psychological safety, meaningful choice, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring that every intervention is tailored to the individual and their family. She aims to create supportive, respectful partnerships with families, empowering children and young people to thrive through approaches that prioritise dignity, autonomy, wellbeing, and long-term quality of life.
