Margarita Deligianni, Psychotherapist

Margarita Deligianni is a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor who works with children, young people, and adults in both individual and group settings. Drawing from psychodynamic and integrative approaches, she supports clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a safe and reflective space. Her practice encourages insight, self-awareness, and the development of healthier ways of relating to oneself and others.

In addition to her psychotherapeutic work, Margarita brings a strong grounding in creative and body-based methods, using them where appropriate to deepen understanding and facilitate expression that words alone may not capture. She is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and incorporates mindfulness and trauma-informed principles into her work. Her compassionate and thoughtful approach helps clients navigate experiences of anxiety, grief, trauma, and relational challenges with care and clarity.
