Isabella Adams, Psychotherapist

Isabella is an Integrative Psychotherapist working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She holds an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy for Children, Adolescents, and Families, and has worked in both school and community settings across London.

Isabella offers a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach, creating a space where young people feel safe, understood, and able to explore their experiences without judgement. She draws on psychodynamic, relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring her work to the unique needs of each individual.

She has particular experience supporting children and young people affected by anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional difficulties, family changes, loss, and trauma. Alongside talking therapy, Isabella incorporates mindfulness and body-based approaches to help clients build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen their connection to themselves and others.

With specialist expertise in SEN, Isabella works closely with families, schools, and other professionals to provide holistic support and promote lasting, meaningful change.
