She works to support children and families to best understand their young persons needs and access the appropriate support.

She has experience supporting parents who may have lived experience of trauma, grief or loss, as well as those navigating the emotional and practical challenges of supporting a neurodivergent child. She also supports perinatal and post-natal parents, recognising the importance of compassionate and attuned support during these key life stages.

Her therapeutic work is integrative, drawing on Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),  Compassion Focussed Therapy, Mentalisation-Based approaches and Solution Focused Therapy. Working with adults, families and children, Hannah’s approach also incorporates Attachment and Narrative Therapy, allowing her to tailor her work to the unique needs of each individual and family.
