Dana Moinian is a psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and groups in English, Swedish and Farsi. Drawing from a broad integrative background, she combines psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, CBT and solution-focused approaches, often incorporating mindfulness and psychosexual therapy to create a tailored, evidence-based process for each client.
Dana’s practice is grounded in warmth, curiosity and cultural sensitivity. With many years of experience that includes working in inpatient as well as out-patient settings, she supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Her approach balances depth and practicality, helping clients explore underlying patterns while developing tools for resilience and change.
Fluent in multiple languages and attuned to the complexities of cross-cultural experience, Dana offers a collaborative, compassionate space for clients seeking greater clarity, connection and emotional wellbeing.
