Brian Rock, Consultant Clinical Psychologist

Brian is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over 30 years’ experience spanning the NHS, higher education, and digital mental health sectors. He brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and senior leadership, having developed, scaled, and governed innovative psychological services and training programmes. He works with adults and young people, integrating psychoanalytic and ISTDP-informed approaches to facilitate meaningful, sustainable change.

Brian's clients include professionals and leaders in demanding roles, individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or relational distress, and those facing life transitions or questions of identity and purpose. His work is grounded in depth, emotional activation, and a commitment to clinical excellence.  He helps clients uncover the deeper emotional roots of their difficulties, including long-standing patterns, unresolved emotional conflicts, and relational dynamics that contribute to ongoing distress. This process fosters emotional insight, healing of past wounds, and the development of healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to themselves and others.

Brian also has extensive experience working with clinicians and supervisees seeking reflective space for their professional growth.
